The Benefits Of Using Handcrafted Soaps

In the world of soap making, most commercial soaps aren't true soap at all, they are usually made with unnatural ingredients, which are similar to detergents, containing products such as parabens, petrochemicals, phthalates and triclosan, which leaves skin feeling irritated and dry.

The most significant difference between handmade soap and commercial soap is their shelf life, handcrafted soaps contains natural products and therefore they have a shorter shelf life for 8-12 months, however commercial manufactured soaps has a shelf life for 2-3 years because of all the chemicals and preservatives that's added to it . For these reasons and many more, I decided to make handcrafted soaps that are not only beautiful and smells great! But that are also safe and great for your skin.

Our soaps are made with natural organic products, such as the oils, herbs and clays, we do this because of the benefits these natural products as to offer the skin, for instance our Rose clay soap, the benefits it as to offer the skin is superb!

Did you know? Base on scientific research, Rose clay is a great exfoliant for the skin, it reduces irritation, increases circulation, regenerates collagen, promotes new cell growth for skin, and regenerates elastin within the skin. Rose clay brighten skin and improve skin tone, it also is a great absorber of excess oil.

Activated Charcoal is another great product that's used  in our soaps , it absorb toxins, which is why activated charcoal in soap theoretically binds to dirt and oil on the skin and helps clear out pores. Charcoal also helps to reduce acne and tighten pores. So the next time you think of buying a bar or liquid soap, I would suggest that you think about the now, and the long term effect that soap will have on your skin, because we certainly did.

We at Spirituality And Beauty made these products with love and with you in mind, and hope you'll enjoy them as we do.
